PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS “Black Week 2025”

• 1 General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases under the Promotion „1+1 on wines – second bottle for 1 PLN” in the online store at finespirits.pl.
2. The Organizer of the Promotion is JELLYFISH MEDIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Konstruktorska 12, 02-673 Warsaw, NIP: 1133105750, REGON: 526153558 („Organizer”).
3. The Promotion lasts from 00:01 on November 24, 2024 until 23:59 on November 30, 2024.
4. The venue for the Promotion is the Organizer’s online store: finespirits.pl.

• 2 Definitions

1. Promotion – means the promotion „1+1 on wines – second bottle for 1 PLN” under the rules specified in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Strong Alcohol – means a product from the category of strong alcohols (e.g., vodka, whisky, gin, rum, tequila) available in the finespirits.pl store.
3. Participating Wine – means a product from the wine category, indicated by the Organizer as covered by the Promotion.
4. Participant – means a Consumer making a purchase during the Promotion period.
5. Promotional Set – means a set of products covered by the Promotion, including a Strong Alcohol and a pair of bottles of the same Participating Wine (the first bottle at the regular price and the second bottle at the price of 1 PLN).

• 3 Promotion Rules

1. The condition for activating the Promotion is adding to the cart at least one product from the Strong Alcohol category and at least one bottle of Participating Wine.
2. After meeting the condition in point 1, a second bottle of the same Participating Wine is automatically added to the order cart at the price of 1 PLN.
3. The Promotion applies to every Participating Wine added to the cart – for each first bottle of a Participating Wine, a second bottle of the same wine is automatically added for 1 PLN.
4. The list of Participating Wines is visible in the online store during the Promotion period.

• 4 Return Conditions

1. In the case of returning products covered by the Promotion, the Participant is refunded the amount actually paid.
2. For the return of the entire promotional Order, the Participant receives a refund of the entire amount paid.
3. For the return of part of the promotional Order:
   • In the case of returning the Strong Alcohol, the promotion for all related Participating Wines ceases to apply. The refund amount for the Participating Wines is calculated based on their regular catalogue prices.
   • In the case of returning one bottle from a pair of Participating Wines, the second bottle from that pair loses its promotional status. The refund amount is calculated proportionally to the regular value of both bottles.
4. Formula for calculating the refund in case of a partial return:
   Refund Amount = (Regular price of the returned product / Sum of regular prices of all products) × Total amount paid
5. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

• 5 Special Provisions

1. This Promotion constitutes a sale of products at promotional prices and in no case constitutes a gratuitous benefit in the form of a donation, premium, or prize. Offering alcoholic beverages free of charge is prohibited under the Act of 26 October 1982 on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism (Journal of Laws 2023, item 127).

• 6 Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the universally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Organizer has the right to change or cancel the Promotion at any time, for important reasons, which will be communicated to Participants in a customary manner.
3. The Terms and Conditions are available at the Organizer’s registered office and in the online store at finespirits.pl throughout the entire duration of the Promotion.
