Crafted from Chardonnay with contributions of Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco, this cuvée is built from dozens of separately vinified lots, including portions aged in small oak barrels for added texture. Long lees aging creates fine perlage and subtle autolytic notes, while the Brut dosage keeps the wine approachable and harmonious. Alma Brut is Bellavista`s calling card – a polished, modern Franciacorta made with uncompromising attention to detail.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Ripe citrus (lemon, tangerine), white peach, yellow apple, white flowers, fresh herbs, and a gentle almond-brioche note.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Smooth, lively and beautifully balanced. Bright acidity, creamy mousse, crisp orchard fruit and a subtle mineral backbone. A touch of barrel-fermented base wine adds quiet depth.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, clean, elegant - citrus peel, baked bread, and a fine saline-mineral thread.
