Bottega Gold is crafted from hand-selected Glera grapes grown on the sun-facing hills of the Prosecco DOC zone, where mineral soils and optimal ripening create aromatic, fruit-driven sparkling wines. Fermented using the Charmat method to preserve freshness and varietal purity, it is a modern, polished expression of Italian sparkling wine – designed to be both elegant and immediately accessible, with a signature aromatic brightness.
Serve at 6-8 C in a tall sparkling glass to emphasize its finesse and lively aromatics. Bottega Gold pairs naturally with seafood – from shrimp carpaccio to sushi and light white-fish dishes.
