From the gentle hills of Lombardy, this 100% Pinot Nero spumante captures the sunny side of northern Italy. Cold-skin maceration and careful handling yield a pale rose hue and preserve delicate aromatics. Fermented in tanks to preserve freshness, it`s a wine designed for now: light enough to sip anytime, elegant enough to mark a celebration.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Fresh aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, mixed summer berries, maybe a hint of raspberry, and light floral notes.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Crisp and soft at once. The palate brings delicate red-fruit flavors - strawberry, perhaps a note of peach or summer berry, balanced by gentle acidity and a fresh, clean structure. The mousse is fine and persistent, the texture airy but with some substance.
Tertiary
