Fonseca Porto 10 YO
Fonseca 10 YO brings together multiple grape cultivars from the Douro region, blended and aged for ten years in seasoned oak — a tradition combining the region’s bold fruit with oxidative maturation. The long cask ageing softens tannins, integrates flavours, and deepens colour to a glowing amber. The outcome is a fortified wine with richness, complexity, and a timeless sense of calm maturity.
Serve slightly chilled or at cellar temperature (14–16 °C) in a small port or tulip glass. This 10-year Tawny is perfect as a contemplative after-dinner glass. Pair with aged cheeses (blue cheese, mature gouda), walnut cake, almond tart, dark chocolate desserts, dried fruit platters — ideal when you want richness, warmth and a long finish.
