Grand Cordon Brut comes from the legendary house of Mumm, sourcing from over a hundred crus across Champagne. Pinot Noir takes center stage in the blend, enveloped by Chardonnay`s minerality and Meunier`s fruitiness, while reserve wines aged in oak bring depth and aromatic richness. The bottle`s iconic design — with the red ribbon “cordon” molded into the glass – reflects a blend of heritage and modernity.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Fresh aromas of green apple, pear and citrus mingle with subtle floral tones and nuanced pastry-brioche hints, plus delicate undercurrents of toasted nuts and white stone fruit.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: The palate opens crisp and lively - bright orchard-fruit flavors (apple, pear), citrus lift, a gentle creamy-yeast background from lees ageing, and modest minerality. Effervescent mousse remains fine and persistent, giving a light but structured mouthfeel.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean, fresh and elegantly persistent - the fruit recedes into subtle brioche and nutty notes, leaving a refined, slightly toasty aftertaste with balanced acidity.
Gastronomy

Serve well-chilled (8-10 C) in a flute or tulip glass. Grand Cordon Brut works beautifully as an aperitif to open a celebration, but it also reveals its versatility when paired with food.
