Grand Cordon Rosé comes from the storied vineyards of Champagne, under the Création of G.H. Mumm. The blend centers on Pinot Noir, giving the wine structure and vivid fruit, while Chardonnay and Meunier bring freshness, balance, and finesse. A portion of carefully selected red wine adds depth, forest-fruit intensity and subtle spice, creating a rosé champagne that remains lively, elegant and approachable.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Aromas of fresh red and black berries: strawberry, red currant, wild berry compote — layered with subtle spice, a hint of candied fruit and a whisper of forest-fruit coulis. Elegant floral undertones and gentle minerality complete the bouquet.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: The palate is lively and juicy from the first sip: vivid red-berry flavors, delicate citrus lift, underlying creamy texture from lees, and a graceful minerality. The mousse is fine and persistent, giving a refined and airy mouthfeel.
