Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Dried apricot, quince, baked apple, chamomile tea, orange peel, subtle spice, light nuttiness and earthy mineral tones.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Textural, dry and structured. Flavours of dried stone fruit, orange zest, tea-like tannins, honeyed notes (without sweetness), herbs and gentle oxidation typical for qvevri style. Rich texture supported by fine grip and lively acidity.
Tertiary
Finish: Long and persistent, combining dried fruit, tea tannin, warm spice and mineral depth.
GastronomyServe at 12–14°C in a white-wine or amber-wine glass.
