Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Layers of warm caramel, toffee, sultana, and orange zest mingling with honey, cocoa, and a touch of cinnamon. There’s a hint of hazelnut and soft oak polish underneath, lending richness and sophistication.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Velvety and full-bodied – the palate bursts with flavors of chocolate-dipped raisins, brown sugar, and baking spice, followed by orange peel, butterscotch, and sherry-soaked fruitcake. The texture is creamy and indulgent, wrapping the tongue in warmth.
