Tasting Characteristics

A playful, breezy Pet-Nat from Veneto – unpolished, lively, and crafted to be enjoyed with ease.

Int3gral3 Pet-Nat is born from organically grown native grapes on the hills between Asolo and Valdobbiadene. The wine is bottled while fermentation is still ongoing, then sealed so carbon dioxide naturally forms bubbles – a tribute to traditional, minimal-intervention winemaking. Unfiltered and low in alcohol (10.5%), it embraces natural imperfection: light cloudiness, gentle fizz, and a personality that changes bottle to bottle.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Fresh pear, green apple or apple-cider notes, hints of lemon zest or citrus peel, and subtle floral touches - crisp and unassuming.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light-bodied, bright, with soft fizz rather than aggressive bubbles. Expect gentle fruit — pear or apple — balanced with lively acidity and a clean, straightforward fruitiness. Slight minerality or faint herbal undertones may add complexity.
Tertiary
Finish: Fresh, crisp, easy; the aftertaste fades quickly with a mild fruity or citrus echo and a subtle mineral or herbal residue.
Gastronomy

Chill well (6-8 C) and serve in a simple tulip or regular wine glass – no fuss. Its light fizz, fresh acidity and low alcohol make it ideal as a casual aperitif, or alongside light seafood (sashimi, ceviche, tempura prawns), shellfish, or fresh salads. It also works with lighter cheeses (fresh or creamy), vegetable dishes, or summer fruit plates (pears, apples, peaches). Great choice for relaxed gatherings, brunches, or when you want something easy, fun, and low-key.
