This 2025 release continues The Macallan’s “A Night On Earth” series, focusing on emotion, ritual, and moment rather than technical flexing. Matured predominantly in American oak casks seasoned with sherry, it leans into brightness and approachability. The whisky is designed as a festive, gift-driven expression – visually striking, thematically coherent, and deliberately accessible, without drifting into simplification.

Aromas and flavours:

Aroma / Nose: Soft vanilla, baked apple, honeyed cereal, orange zest, and gentle oak spice.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Creamy texture with notes of shortbread, caramelized pear, toasted almonds, and light milk chocolate, balanced by subtle citrus freshness.
