Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Dried cherry, red plum, tobacco leaf, cedar, vanilla, clove, cinnamon, leather, balsamic notes and a whisper of cocoa.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium+ body, silky and mature. Flavours of dried strawberry, cherry liqueur, redcurrant, toasted coconut, warm spice, leather and fine tobacco. Tannins are polished; acidity elegant and well-integrated. Oak adds classic Rioja sweetness and finesse.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, harmonious and savoury, with lingering dried fruit, spice, leather and cedar.
