Terms and Conditions for FineSpirits.pl Gift Cards
These Terms and Conditions apply to Gift Cards purchased via the website finespirits.pl.
- The issuer of the Gift Cards is JELLYFISH MEDIA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ , Konstruktorska 12 02-673 Warszawa, NIP: 1133105750, REGON: 526153558
- A Gift Card is a prepaid voucher in electronic form, containing a unique code that allows identification of the voucher and its value.
- The value of the Gift Card is selected by the purchaser at the time of purchase and may be one of the predefined amounts (250 PLN, 500 PLN, 750 PLN, 1000PLN) or a custom amount available on the website.
- The Gift Card is delivered to the purchaser in the form of a digital product via email to the address provided during the order process.
- The Gift Card may be used exclusively in the FineSpirits.pl online store at finespirits.pl, or offline Fine Spirits store.
- The Gift Card is valid for one-time use only. The full value of the Gift Card must be used in a single order. Any remaining balance will not be carried over or refunded.
- Due to the nature of the products offered (alcoholic beverages), Gift Cards may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old. By using the Gift Card, the user confirms that they are of legal age. The seller reserves the right to verify the age of the recipient upon delivery.
- The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
- To redeem the Gift Card, the user must enter the Gift Card code in the “Discount code” field during checkout on finespirits.pl.
- The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the FineSpirits.pl Store Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, including the Civil Code and consumer protection laws, shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 16.03.2025.
