A precise, powerful, oak-vinified vintage Champagne expressing the deep vinosity and structure that define Bollinger`s grandest years.

La Grande Année 2015 is crafted exclusively from Grands and Premiers Crus, vinified entirely in small oak barrels – a hallmark of Bollinger`s artisanal method. The warm, sunny vintage produced fruit of exceptional concentration and purity, while prolonged ageing on lees under natural cork shaped the wine`s trademark texture: dense, layered, and beautifully integrated. This vintage combines intensity with remarkable finesse, capturing the spirit of a challenging but ultimately outstanding year in Champagne.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Highly expressive, opening with ripe orchard fruit, Mirabelle plum, and lemon confit. Warm notes of toasted brioche, hazelnut, honeycomb, spice, and gentle smoke follow, supported by Bollinger’s signature oxidative elegance.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Textured and structured with depth. Flavors of baked apple, pear tart, apricot, toasted nuts, and citrus peel unfold over a firm mineral backbone. The oak vinification provides creaminess and breadth, while the acidity brings tension and precision.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, savory, and mineral - lingering notes of citrus zest, dried fruit, roasted almond, subtle salinity, and gentle spice.
