Primary
Aroma / Nose: Soft orchard fruits lead, followed by honey, vanilla, and gentle oak spice. Subtle floral notes and a light hint of dried citrus add lift without sharpness.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Smooth and composed, with flavours of ripe apple, pear, creamy toffee, and soft malt sweetness. Oak is present but polished, supporting the structure rather than drying it out. The texture is rounded and elegant, with excellent integration of alcohol.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, warm, and balanced. Honeyed malt, gentle spice, and oak linger cleanly, fading slowly without bitterness.
