Tasting Characteristics

A bright, straightforward Prosecco – minimal fuss, pure freshness, and genuine fruit clarity.

Corvezzo focuses on organic, sustainably grown grapes, creating approachable Prosecco that emphasizes direct fruit expression and gentle effervescence. The Brut DOC is crafted with Glera (and permitted DOC grapes), tank-fermented and gently bubbled to preserve a clean profile, minimal residual sugar, and an easy-drinking character.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Crisp notes of green apple, pear, light white flowers and a hint of acacia blossom. A fresh, floral-fruited bouquet.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: The palate is light, crisp and dry, with flavors of apple, pear, and subtle citrus. Acidity is lively, giving the wine a refreshing, clean character and a gently fizzy mousse. Texture stays light and drinkable.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and fresh, with lingering orchard-fruit notes and a soft mineral/neutral finish that doesn’t overstay.
Gastronomy

Serve chilled (6-8 C) in a flute or tulip glass, perfect as an aperitif, casual toast, or accompany to light meals. Its freshness and crispness make it ideal for warm days, relaxed gatherings, or lively brunches.

Great with shellfish or seafood (shrimp, lightly grilled scampi), delicate fish dishes, raw fish appetizers (e.g. light tuna tartare), vegetable-based starters, soft cheeses, or simple appetizers. Also pairs well with light salads, summer vegetables, and fresh fruits.
