Octavie 2024 is a polished and pure expression of Altesse from Adrien Berlioz, crafted from high-altitude limestone parcels around Chignin. The grape’s natural elegance shines through: white flowers, citrus, fresh stone fruit and subtle herbal tones, wrapped in taut acidity and crystalline minerality. Lees ageing adds gentle weight without overwhelming the wine’s alpine character. The 2024 vintage is exceptionally refined — vertical, aromatic and impeccably balanced.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Acacia blossom, pear, white peach, citrus zest, almond skin, mountain herbs and wet stone.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium-bodied, sleek and vibrant. Orchard fruit and citrus interplay with floral tones, subtle lees texture and a firm mineral backbone. The acidity is bright, giving the wine tension and clarity.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, elegant, chalky and floral — lingering citrus peel, blossom and saline minerality.
Gastronomy

Serve at 9–11 C. Octavie 2024 pairs beautifully with refined alpine cuisine and delicate dishes: perch or trout, scallops, oysters, sushi, herbed chicken, citrus-based dishes, vegetable risotto, goat cheese, Tomme de Savoie or Comté.
