Rosa 2024 reveals the unique character of Savoie rosé made from Mondeuse Noire — a grape known for its natural spice, high acidity and floral lift. Adrien Berlioz crafts it with precision: gentle pressing, stainless-steel fermentation, and minimal intervention to preserve purity. The result is a rosé that is pale, fragrant and sharply mineral, offering more tension and aromatic complexity than typical Mediterranean styles. Rosa 2024 is crisp, peppery and irresistibly alpine.
Serve at 8–10 С. Rosa 2024 shines with alpine and fresh summer cuisine: charcuterie, grilled trout, prawns, sushi, herbed chicken, vegetable tartlets, goat cheese, tomato-based salads or dishes with fresh herbs and citrus. Its spicy lift makes it excellent with lightly spiced Asian dishes (ginger, lemongrass, chili).
