Hailing from Bairrada / Beiras, this wine is born from local Baga and Bical grapes, tended with respect and minimal interference. The grapes undergo gentle native fermentation, then the wine finishes bottle-fermented, giving natural sparkle without heavy manipulation. The result is a rosé sparkling wine rooted in authenticity: clean, unpretentious, with a sense of place and personality.
Aromas and flavours:

Aroma/Nose: Red berries (wild strawberry, raspberry), hints of citrus zest, light floral and subtle lees-derived notes and a gentle mineral or saline trace. Some reviewers note aromas recalling barberry or cornelian-cherry candy, hibiscus and rose petals.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Fresh and lively, with vibrant acidity, gentle effervescence, and a red-fruit core: strawberry, raspberry - layered with delicate mineral / saline undertones. The bubbles are fine; the wine feels light but with character.
