Matured in carefully selected European oak sherry-seasoned casks, this release leans into texture and depth rather than overt sweetness. Bottled at 47.2%, it keeps precision and weight in balance. This is a conceptual whisky, built deliberately for contemplation rather than easy sipping.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma / Nose: Rich pastry notes, baked apple tart, cocoa powder, toasted almonds, orange zest, subtle leather, and polished oak.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Dense and structured. Dark chocolate, dried figs, espresso crema, nutmeg, and clove unfold gradually, supported by silky oak tannins and restrained sherry richness.
