Distil Your World: Paris is part of The Macallan’s creative collaboration with the Roca brothers, translating iconic cities into liquid form. Paris here is not postcards and monuments, but late dinners, patisserie windows, polished wood interiors, and layered aromas drifting through narrow streets. Matured in carefully selected European oak sherry-seasoned casks, this release leans into texture and depth rather than overt sweetness. Bottled at 47.2%, it keeps precision and weight in balance. This is a conceptual whisky, built deliberately for contemplation rather than easy sipping.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma / Nose: Rich pastry notes, baked apple tart, cocoa powder, toasted almonds, orange zest, subtle leather, and polished oak.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Dense and structured. Dark chocolate, dried figs, espresso crema, nutmeg, and clove unfold gradually, supported by silky oak tannins and restrained sherry richness.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, dry, and architectural - lingering cocoa bitterness, gentle spice, and a refined, almost chalky oak grip.
