Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Brut 2015 is part of the legendary Belle Epoque range – a vintage cuvée that draws on grapes from carefully selected crus across Champagne, then rests long on lees to build depth and finesse. Each bottle blends floral elegance and precise mineral structure, expressing both the terroir and the refined craftsmanship of the house tradition.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: On the nose, Belle Epoque 2015 reveals graceful layers of white flowers (elderflower, acacia), citrus blossom, fresh orchard fruit (green apple, pear), with hints of toasted brioche, almond skin and subtle chalky mineral undertones - a refined interplay of floral, fruit and terroir.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: The palate is rich yet restrained: white peach, pear, citrus zest and a touch of stone fruit mingle with delicate brioche, almond, and gentle pastry notes — all supported by a lively, fine mousse and precise acidity. A slight soft honey sweetness may emerge, balanced by vibrant citrus brightness and saline-mineral tension.
