Tasting Characteristics

A modern expression of the Dufftown distillery’s refined style, The Singleton Malt Master’s Selection celebrates harmony and smoothness. Crafted from carefully selected bourbon and sherry casks, it offers a beautifully balanced Speyside character — approachable yet layered.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Honey, baked apple, vanilla, and toasted nuts with hints of toffee and malt.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Creamy and rich – caramel, orchard fruit, and gentle spice mingle with malt sweetness and soft oak.
Tertiary
Finish: Smooth and warming, with lingering honey, vanilla, and subtle nuttiness.
Gastronomy

Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as an elegant base for a whisky highball. Excellent with roasted chicken, creamy risotto, or desserts like apple crumble and crème brûlée. Its sweetness also complements mild cheeses and nutty pastries.
