Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve blends the house`s rigorous attention to quality with a playful, romantic side. The cuvée draws from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, vinified varietal-by-varietal, and is enriched with reserve wines — a tribute to the house’s cellar tradition in the historic chalk “crayères.” The result is a Champagne that balances freshness and depth: lively yet layered, elegant yet expressive.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Delicate yet complex — wild strawberries and raspberries meld with soft hints of red cherry, rose petals, and a warm undercurrent of gingerbread and subtle cinnamon.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Silky mousse and juicy red-fruit flavours - raspberry, wild strawberry, perhaps a whisper of blackberry — combine with a creamy texture and gentle sweetness. Underlying brightness and refined acidity keep the profile lively, giving structure to the fruity richness.
Tertiary
Finish: A clean, elegant finish - lingering red berries, a touch of citrus zest or orange peel, faint almond- or brioche-like warmth and a polished mineral touch from the chalk cellars.
Gastronomy

Serve chilled (6-8 C) in a tulip or white-wine glass to reveal its fine mousse and expressive aromas. Rosé Réserve is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with seafood (smoked salmon, sashimi, shellfish), light poultry dishes, especially with fruit glazes or sauces, and with soft cheeses. For dessert, it harmonises with berry tarts, red-fruit sorbets or fresh berry bowls, highlighting its red-fruit purity and gentle creaminess.
