Domaine Adrien Berlioz Suzanne 2024
Suzanne 2024 is a quintessential expression of Mondeuse Noire as interpreted by Adrien Berlioz: energetic, floral and beautifully aromatic. Grown on limestone and moraine slopes around Chignin, the grapes develop vivid acidity and precise structure. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves purity, while neutral vessels soften the edges without diminishing freshness. The 2024 vintage is particularly lifted and spicy — a bright, alpine red with finesse and length.
Serve slightly chilled (14–15 С). Suzanne 2024 pairs beautifully with alpine cuisine: cured meats, grilled sausage, roast chicken with thyme, mushroom dishes, lamb chops, tartiflette-style vegetables, roasted root vegetables, or herb-driven dishes. Its peppery lift also makes it excellent with Asian dishes featuring ginger, soy or sesame.
