Filipa Pato D.N.M.C. Baga 2022 comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Bairrada, near the Atlantic coast. The wine is crafted with minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentation, gentle extraction, and no heavy oak aging — allowing the grape’s native expression to shine. The result is light, fresh yet structured wine, embodying the region’s cool Atlantic influence, limestone soils and generational tradition.
Serve slightly chilled (14–16 °C). This Baga shines with grilled or roasted poultry, lighter red meats, pork loin, charcuterie, tomato-based pasta, roasted vegetables, Mediterranean veggie dishes, tapas, and matured or semi-hard cheeses. It also pairs well with dishes featuring mushrooms, herbs, or rustic countryside flavours — its acidity and freshness balancing richer, earthy textures.
