Indigo Le Bon Côte Rouge
Le Bon Côte Rouge reflects Indigo’s philosophy of unforced winemaking. Mediterranean varieties provide natural fruit ripeness, while stainless-steel élevage and restrained extraction keep the wine agile and bright. There is no oak influence and no attempt to add weight or polish. This is a wine made for immediacy—clean, approachable, and intentionally uncomplicated, sitting comfortably in the chillable red category.
Serve slightly chilled at 14–15°C. This wine suits casual, unfussy food: grilled vegetables, light poultry, simple pasta dishes, or charcuterie. Its low tannin, dry finish, and fresh acidity make it well suited to Mediterranean plates and informal meals where balance matters more than structure.
