Aroma/Nose: Blackberry, ripe plum, raspberry jam, baking spice, vanilla, clove and a touch of chocolate.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium+ bodied and velvety. Flavours of blackberry compote, dark cherry, plum, warm spice, cocoa, soft pepper notes and gentle oak sweetness. Tannins are smooth and round; acidity keeps the wine balanced despite richness.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium-long, warm and fruit-forward, with persistent blackberry and soft spice.
