Tasting CharacteristicsLapis Luna Pinot Noir 2022 embodies the estate’s clean, modern style: vibrant red fruit, gentle spice and soft tannins. Stainless-steel fermentation maintains clarity and freshness, while a touch of neutral oak offers subtle texture without heaviness. The 2022 vintage delivers purity, smoothness and a supple, easy-drinking profile ideal for relaxed, versatile pairing.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, a hint of vanilla, baking spice and light earthiness.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light to medium-bodied, silky and smooth. Red berries, cherry compote, soft cranberry, warm spice, a touch of vanilla and a gentle herbal lift. Tannins are soft; acidity is fresh and lively.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium, fruity and delicate, with lingering cherry and floral spice.
GastronomyServe at 14–16°C. Excellent with roasted chicken, pork tenderloin, salmon, tuna, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, soft cheeses and herb-driven vegetarian dishes. Its softness and bright fruit make it exceptionally food-friendly.
