Aroma/Nose: Lemon zest, ripe pear, white peach, apple blossom, light vanilla, soft tropical hints and a faint mineral touch.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium-bodied, smooth and refreshing. Flavours of citrus, pear, peach, light pineapple, gentle spice and a subtle creamy note from partial oak ageing. Acidity is lively, giving the wine lift and balance.
Tertiary
Finisz: Medium, clean and fruit-led, with lingering citrus and peach.
