Tasting Characteristics

A raw, authentic Prosecco Superiore that embraces its natural haze and vibrant acidity in pure col fondo style.

Marchiori`s Integrale Non Filtrato celebrates the ancestral approach to Prosecco: unfiltered, lees-rich, and fermented in bottle. Produced in the hills of Valdobbiadene under the prestigious DOCG designation, it blends local varieties – Bianchetta, Glera Lunga and Glera Tonga – to achieve a profile that is both rustic and refined. The wine’s haziness signals its natural integrity, while the Brut Nature style underscores a commitment to purity, tension and terroir-driven character.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma / Nose: Fresh lemon zest, green apple, pear skin and wild herbs. Hints of bread dough and light nuttiness appear from lees contact, adding subtle depth.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Crisp, linear and pleasantly tart. Citrus, grapefruit pith and unripe stone fruit dominate, supported by high acidity and fine, naturally formed bubbles. The unfiltered texture delivers a gentle grip and earthy authenticity.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and mineral, lightly savory, with a lingering citrus-herbal echo that feels true to the col fondo tradition.
Gastronomy

Serve well-chilled, ideally after gently inverting the bottle once to disperse the lees – unless you prefer a clearer pour. Its high acidity and unfiltered texture make it a brilliant match for seafood crudo, fried anchovies, grilled sardines, sushi, or lemon-forward salads. The savory undertones pair naturally with soft cheeses like stracchino or burrata, while the crispness cuts beautifully through fried vegetables and light antipasti. This is a Prosecco built for raw, fresh, uncomplicated food.
