Produced from 100% Glera, it undergoes gentle pressing and a controlled Charmat (tank) fermentation to preserve aromatics and achieve its signature lightness. The wine is deliberately crafted to be youthful and vibrant, offering a polished but unpretentious taste of Veneto.

Aroma/Nose: Crisp green apple, fresh pear, acacia blossom and a touch of citrus peel. A subtle hint of white peach and floral sweetness lifts the bouquet.

Palate/Taste: Light, lively, and clean - flavors of apple, lemon zest and pear, with a mild off-dry touch balancing the acidity. The mousse is soft and playful, emphasizing freshness over complexity.
