Brolio Chianti Classico 2021 represents the historic heart of Chianti, produced by Barone Ricasoli at Castello di Brolio, one of the region’s defining estates. The wine is built around pure Sangiovese, shaped by limestone-rich soils and elevated vineyards that preserve acidity and aromatic detail. Oak ageing is restrained, serving to frame the wine rather than imprint flavor. The result is a Chianti Classico that feels authentic and precise—structured, savory, and unmistakably Tuscan.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma / Nose: Sour cherry, red plum, and dried herbs lead, followed by notes of violet, tobacco, and subtle earthy spice.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Dry and linear, driven by vibrant acidity. Red fruit and herbal tones are supported by firm yet polished tannins, giving the wine shape and tension without heaviness.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium to long, clean and persistent, finishing on cherry skin, herbs, and a light mineral grip.
Gastronomy

Serve at 16–18°C, preferably with food. This Chianti Classico excels with grilled or roasted meats such as beef, pork, and lamb, where its acidity cuts through richness.
