Ruinart Brut – often called “R” de Ruinart Brut, represents the signature style of the oldest Champagne house. Chardonnay forms the backbone, bringing brightness and tension, while Pinot Noir and Meunier contribute structure, roundness and fruit depth. Blended from multiple vintages and matured for several years in Ruinart`s historic chalk cellars, it reflects the maison`s approach to harmony, subtlety and refinement. It is approachable yet sophisticated, unmistakably Ruinart.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Fresh citrus (lemon, lime), crisp apple, white flowers and delicate stone fruit. Hints of brioche, almond and chalky minerality add quiet complexity.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Bright and precise, with clean acidity and fine, creamy bubbles. Citrus zest, green apple and pear meet gentle pastry notes. The texture is smooth, refreshing and elegantly structured.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium to long, mineral and lightly toasty, with lingering citrus and subtle floral lift.
