The vintage imprint brings clarity, precision, and a naturally lifted acidity, while the Extra Brut style (with its minimal dosage) ensures that the wine speaks with a clean, mineral voice. Its pale-gold hue reflects both refinement and restraint – a cuvée built on transparency rather than weight.

Aromas and flavours:

Aroma/Nose: Bright lemon zest, fresh green apple, and crisp pear rise first, joined by subtle white-flower notes and a cool chalk-mineral edge. A touch of citrus blossom and faint brioche emerges with air, adding quiet depth without softening the wine`s linear profile.
