Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Notes of green apple, pear, and white peach rise gently from the glass, supported by floral tones of acacia and hints of citrus zest.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light, refreshing, and easy to drink. Crisp orchard fruits lead the palate, complemented by a fine, lively mousse. The balance of acidity and a touch of sweetness creates smooth, harmonious texture.
