Crafted via the Charmat method and bottled as a Millesimato, it celebrates the character of a single vintage – clean, aromatic, and vibrantly fresh. Its Extra Dry style delivers both lift and softness, making it a versatile sparkling suited for modern, relaxed hospitality.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Notes of green apple, pear, and white peach rise gently from the glass, supported by floral tones of acacia and hints of citrus zest.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Light, refreshing, and easy to drink. Crisp orchard fruits lead the palate, complemented by a fine, lively mousse. The balance of acidity and a touch of sweetness creates smooth, harmonious texture.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean and pleasantly lingering, leaving soft impressions of peach, pear, and citrus.
