Casa de Mouraz Planet Chibu Red

Casa de Mouraz Planet Chibu Red is a low-intervention wine sourced from organic vineyards in the mountains of Dão. Made from a field blend of local varieties, it reflects altitude, granite soils, and a restrained hand in the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, extraction is gentle, and élevage remains neutral to avoid masking the wine’s natural profile. The result is a red that feels alive and direct — less about structure or oak, more about freshness, balance, and everyday usability.

Serve slightly cool, around 14–15°C, to emphasize freshness and lift. Planet Chibu Red works well with casual, ingredient-driven food: roasted vegetables, grilled poultry, light pork dishes, charcuterie, and simple Mediterranean plates. Its acidity and low tannin profile also make it a versatile choice for vegetarian cuisine and everyday meals. Best enjoyed young and without ceremony.
