Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Black cherry, plum, blueberry compote, cocoa powder, cedar, tobacco leaf, rose petal and warm baking spices.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Supple and richly textured. Flavours of black cherry, dark plum, blackberry, mocha, baking spice and a touch of herbal lift. Tannins are velvety yet firm enough to give definition. Acidity is refreshing, adding brightness to the concentrated fruit.
Tertiary
Finish: Long and refined, with lingering dark fruit, cocoa, cedar and subtle spice.
