Fermentation and ageing in French oak bring both structure and finesse, while the 2023 vintage shows remarkable balance: ripe fruit, bright acidity and polished oak seamlessly integrated. The result is a luxurious, gastronomic Chardonnay with tension, depth and long-lasting elegance.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Lemon curd, ripe pear, white peach, grapefruit zest, toasted brioche, vanilla pod, roasted almond and a saline-mineral note.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium+ bodied, creamy yet energetic. Citrus and stone fruit supported by subtle tropical hints, creamy texture, gentle toast, hazelnut and refined oak spice. Acidity is bright and linear, keeping the wine focused and precise.
Tertiary
Finish: Long, elegant and mineral-tinged, with lingering citrus, peach, toasted nut and delicate oak.
GastronomyServe at 10–12°C. A superb companion for lobster, scallops, crab, roast chicken, veal in cream sauces, mushroom risotto, truffle dishes and mature hard cheeses. Its creamy texture and fresh acidity elevate both rich and subtly aromatic dishes.
