Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Blackberry, black cherry, plum, sweet spice, cocoa, dried herbs, subtle earth and a hint of licorice.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Medium+ body, smooth and enveloping. Flavours of ripe plum, blackberries, cherry compote, cocoa powder, clove, soft pepper and a warm herbal accent. Tannins are velvety; acidity balanced and gentle.
Tertiary
Finish: Medium-long, warm and dark-fruited, with lingering spice and soft cocoa.
