Talinay Tabali Pinot Noir 2019
Tabalí Talinay Pinot Noir 2019 comes from the Talinay vineyard in the Limarí Valley, planted on limestone-rich soils just a few kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. Strong maritime influence, morning fog, and cold winds preserve acidity and aromatic clarity, pushing the style firmly toward restraint and precision. Oak is used sparingly to support texture without masking site expression. This is Pinot Noir defined by tension, freshness, and terroir transparency rather than ripeness or sweetness.
Serve at 14–16°C to highlight freshness and aromatic detail. A short decant can help open the wine, especially after bottle age. This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, duck, pork, mushroom-based dishes, and refined vegetable plates. Its acidity and mineral structure also work well with lighter game and soft to semi-aged cheeses, where balance matters more than power.
