Tramin Unterebner Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC 2022

Tramin Unterebner Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC 2022 is one of the reference wines for the variety, sourced from a single historic vineyard near Tramin. High-altitude conditions, limestone-rich soils, and long growing seasons give the wine depth and natural tension. Fermentation and maturation on fine lees, partly in large oak casks, add texture and complexity without overt oak flavor. This is Pinot Grigio built with intent—layered, gastronomic, and distinctly Alto Adige.

Serve at 10–12°C to allow the wine’s structure and complexity to unfold. Unterebner Pinot Grigio pairs beautifully with refined fish dishes, shellfish, poultry, veal, and alpine cuisine. Its mineral structure and textural depth also make it an excellent match for mushroom-based dishes and semi-aged cheeses. This is a Pinot Grigio meant for the table, not just the glass.
