Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Inviting aromas of honeyed malt, baked apple, and apricot with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and toasted oak. Subtle notes of red berries and almond pastry emerge over time.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Smooth and layered — flavors of orchard fruit, honey, and dried apricot merge with soft spice, vanilla cream, and oak sweetness. Texturally rich yet balanced, showing the influence of multiple cask types.
Tertiary
Finish: Long and harmonious, with warm notes of fruit compote, nutmeg, and lingering caramelized malt.
