Dignitat Cava Brut Nature

Dignitat Cava Brut Nature is produced in Catalonia under the Cava DO, using the classic blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada. The wine undergoes secondary bottle fermentation and rests on the lees for about a year to gain subtle complexity. The absence of dosage post-disgorgement lets the grapes` character and the terroir speak plainly – fresh, honest, and lean.
Serve chilled (8-10 C) in a flute or tulip glass. This Brut Nature shines as an aperitif, but also pairs superbly with fresh oysters, raw shellfish, ceviche, grilled prawns, or light seafood. Its crispness and mineral drive make it excellent with Mediterranean-style tapas – think marinated vegetables, light salads, or croquetas. It also complements fresh goat cheeses, citrus-based appetizers, and light, seafood-driven dishes.
