Tasting Characteristics

A vibrant DOCG Prosecco that blends alpine freshness with refined fruit, wrapped in the elegant, contemporary style that defines Le Manzane.

Le Manzane 20.10 is crafted exclusively from Glera grapes grown on the steep hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene – a UNESCO-recognized terroir. Produced using the Charmat method, it captures the purity of the vintage (Millesimato) while highlighting the estate’s focus on precision and aromatic clarity. Stainless-steel fermentation preserves the crisp fruit profile, delivering a Prosecco that is both polished and approachable.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: White peach, pear, golden apple, acacia blossom, and subtle citrus zest.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Soft, bright, and lively with a fine perlage. Notes of pear, peach, lime, and floral accents carried by balanced Extra Dry sweetness.
Tertiary
Finish: Refreshing, clean, lightly fruity, with a gentle mineral echo typical of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills.
Gastronomy

Serve well-chilled to keep the mousse elegant and the aromatics focused. Its fruit-driven freshness and light sweetness make it perfect for aperitivo moments, especially alongside Parma ham, mild Asian dishes, vegetable tempura, seafood carpaccio, or soft, creamy cheeses. The Prosecco’s orchard-fruit notes also complement stone-fruit desserts, fresh berries, or citrus tarts.
