Le Manzane Springo Conegliano Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Nature Sui Lieviti

A raw, authentic Prosecco Superiore – vibrant, cloudy, bone-dry, and alive with the energy of natural lees.

Springo Sui Lieviti is Le Manzane`s tribute to the historic Prosecco style: fermented in bottle, left on its lees, and unfiltered. With zero dosage, the wine shows absolute purity – no added sugar, no disgorgement, no manipulation. The fine sediment gives depth, texture, complexity and a gently savory edge, while the hillside vineyards of Conegliano contribute precision and mineral definition. This is Prosecco for purists: rustic elegance, modern confidence, and complete authenticity.

Serve at 8-10 C in a tulip-shaped glass; pour gently if you want clarity, or swirl the bottle softly if you prefer full cloudiness and texture. Its Brut Nature dryness and savory, lees-driven complexity make it exceptionally food-friendly. The wine`s tension, mineral cut and subtle yeasty richness pair beautifully with seafood – especially simple, honest preparations like grilled fish, sardines, clams, or shrimp. It also complements clean, herb-focused vegetable dishes, polenta, and lightly salty Venetian small plates (cicchetti). This is a Prosecco designed not for sweetness, but for the table.
