Tasting Characteristics

A crisp, mineral-driven Prosecco Superiore that captures the purity and verticality of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills.

Crafted from hand-harvested Glera grown on steep, high-altitude slopes, Le Manzane Brut reflects the estate’s precision-focused, modern winemaking. Fermentation in stainless steel followed by secondary fermentation via the Charmat method preserves freshness, finesse, and aromatic clarity. The result is a structured Brut with a cool, linear profile, distinct from softer Extra Dry bottlings.

Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma/Nose: Crisp green apple, white peach, lemon peel, wisteria blossom, and a subtle mineral edge.
Secondary
Palate/Taste: Dry, refreshing, and sharply defined. Notes of citrus, pear, crunchy apple, and white flowers, supported by fine, persistent bubbles.
Tertiary
Finish: Clean, brisk, and mineral, with a lingering citrus pulse typical of top-tier Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco.
Gastronomy

Serve well-chilled to enhance its tension and mineral drive. Ideal for aperitivo, pairing beautifully with oysters, prawns, grilled calamari, sushi, or lightly fried seafood. Its dryness and acidity also complement fresh goat cheese, vegetable terrines, and delicate salads. For a simple delight, enjoy with crisp apples or citrus-forward desserts.
