Aroma / Nose: Black cherry, plum, and blackberry lead, followed by violet, cocoa, and subtle notes of vanilla and sweet spice from oak ageing.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Full and structured, with dense dark fruit supported by fresh acidity. Tannins are present but polished, giving the wine grip and longevity without heaviness. Hints of chocolate, graphite, and spice add complexity.
Tertiary
Finish: Long and persistent, finishing on dark fruit, gentle oak spice, and a mineral undertone.
