The 2021 vintage combines ripe dark fruit with natural acidity and firm, well-shaped tannins. This is Malbec with control and definition—powerful enough to satisfy, yet refined enough to remain gastronomic.
Aromas and flavours:
Primary
Aroma / Nose: Black cherry, plum, and blackberry lead, followed by violet, cocoa, and subtle notes of vanilla and sweet spice from oak ageing.
Secondary
Palate / Taste: Full and structured, with dense dark fruit supported by fresh acidity. Tannins are present but polished, giving the wine grip and longevity without heaviness. Hints of chocolate, graphite, and spice add complexity.
Tertiary
Finish: Long and persistent, finishing on dark fruit, gentle oak spice, and a mineral undertone.
GastronomyServe at 16–18°C, ideally after brief decanting. This Malbec excels with grilled and roasted red meats, particularly beef and lamb, where its structure and tannins meet richness head-on.
