Organic farming, natural fermentation and ageing in stainless steel preserve the wine’s elegance and transparency. This Chardonnay is intentionally subtle: crisp fruit, floral touches and a whisper of lees texture come together in a style defined by lightness and mineral clarity. The 2024 vintage is bright, refined and effortlessly drinkable.

Aroma/Nose: Green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, pear skin and a faint mineral smokiness.

Palate/Taste: Fresh, linear and delicate. Citrus and orchard fruit glide over a clean mineral spine. The texture is soft and lightly creamy from lees contact, while the acidity stays crisp and refreshing.
